About
Jessica Kramer
Jessica is a naturopath, holding dual degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Western Herbal Medicine, with a deep fascination for the little things that profoundly impact our lives: microbes. What started as a focus on supporting mothers and children has evolved into the recognition that the gut ecosystem is at the heart of so many conditions. Research continues to develop, as does her fascination for how the microbiome connects to digestive health, immunity, neurodevelopment, skin health, reproductive and metabolic function.
Through years of clinical experience and postgraduate study in gut and vaginal microbiome health, she has come to see how addressing the microbiome alongside nutrition and herbal medicine often unlocks what other approaches miss.
Jessica works predominantly as a paediatric naturopath, particularly where symptoms are longstanding, complex, or haven't responded to previous treatment. She also works with adults experiencing complex gastrointestinal disorders and women navigating vaginal microbiome imbalances.
Where finances allow, Jessica organises relevant functional testing to build a clearer clinical picture. This might include gut, vaginal or oral microbiome analysis, genetic testing to explore nutrigenetics and neurotransmitter pathway imbalances, and general pathology, among other options depending on what each person needs. This gives concrete evidence to understand root causes and build clear, targeted treatment plans.
